Worknestle Limited designs and sets up Notion workspaces for individuals and small teams: connected databases, project trackers, notes systems and internal knowledge bases, built from the way the customer already works. That is the whole of what is sold here.
How we work
Anyone can make a page that looks tidy on the day it is made. The work is deciding what a record is, which database it belongs in and what has to be reachable from it, because those decisions are the ones that are expensive to change later.
A workspace goes wrong in a predictable way: the same fact ends up in three places and two of them are out of date. Relations and views exist so that it is written once and read from wherever the question came in.
A workspace only you can maintain is not finished, it is rented. Everything is built so it can be added to by whoever ends up living in it, and the handover notes are written as the work goes rather than assembled afterwards.
The prototype stands up on made-up records so a structure that looked right on paper can be corrected while it is still empty. Correcting one that is already full of live work costs several times as much.
The registered office is an address for correspondence and for serving documents. It is not a place to call at, and there is nothing to visit there.

Any Notion subscription your plan needs is bought by you, directly from Notion, and is not part of what Worknestle Limited charges for.
This matters more than it sounds. A company implying an arrangement it has not got is borrowing somebody else's reputation to close a sale, and a customer who believes the subscription is included has been told the wrong price.

Getting in touch
Questions, enquiries, complaints, anything to do with your own information, and notices under the contract all go to the same address. Everything worth having on the record is better in writing, and a written trail is what both sides need if anything ever goes wrong.
